Consumer Return Policy

We take care and pride in shipping your order in great condition with healthy, viable products.

If something occurs during shipment any claims for damaged, miss-shipped, or omitted merchandise must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Call the Organic control office (310-952-5040) and we will determine if credit or a reship is appropriate.

Claims after 48 hours must be called into the Organic control office (310-952-5040) and we will issue a Returned Authorization (RA) number. 

·         This number must appear on all returns or they will be refused.  

·         Claims made after 30 days from receipt will be charged a 10% restocking fee if the merchandise is in sellable condition in the original package.

·         If merchandise is not in sellable condition and in the original package there will be a 50% restocking fee.

·         There are no returns on live product. However, we do guarantee live insects upon delivery.

·         The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund amount.

·         Shipping charges are not refundable.

·         Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Please follow the instructions below for accurate delivery:

·         Be sure you are available during the delivery time so the package does not sit unattended for any period of time. Tracking information will be emailed to you so you can plan to be available.

·         Give us your correct delivery address. Incorrect delivery address will result in additional charges if we need to reship.

·         Choose the proper delivery method, all live products must be second day or overnight. Choose overnight if the temperatures in your area are either above 85 or below 45 degrees.

 

To ensure your satisfaction with your live beneficial insect purchase, please follow the instructions that are provided with each order for storage and release.

·         To receive credit for spoiled live goods only the package lids need to be returned with the RGA number. Defective merchandise destroyed in the field must be inspected by an authorized Orcon representative.  Credit for spoiled live goods must be requested during the same calendar year they were sold.

·         The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund amount.

·         Shipping charges are not refundable.

·         Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

·         Please be sure your receiving department is aware of the order.  Live goods should be delivered to the proper department as soon as possible.
